Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern registration and participation in the RunCity Marathon.

• Registration: Registration is confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and payment. Participants must provide accurate and complete personal details.
• Event Location: The RunCity Marathon is planned to take place in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The exact venue and route are subject to confirmation and may be changed by the Organizer due to permissions, approvals, safety requirements, operational needs, or other circumstances. Final venue details will be communicated through official event channels.
• Event Date and Postponement: The planned event date is subject to the necessary permissions and approvals from the relevant authorities. If approvals are delayed, denied, or other circumstances prevent the Event from taking place as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the Event. Participants will be informed of significant changes through official communication channels.
• No Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, including in cases where a participant withdraws, does not attend, or is unable to participate. This policy also applies if the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or the venue or route is changed, subject to applicable law.
• Reporting and Instructions: Participants must report at the designated venue within the specified reporting time and follow all instructions issued by event officials and volunteers.
• Physical Fitness and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and suitably prepared for their selected race category. Participation is voluntary and involves inherent physical risks. Participants should seek medical advice if they have health concerns before participating.
• Safety Rules: Participants must follow route guidelines, traffic regulations, safety instructions, and directions issued by authorized event officials. Unsafe conduct or failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification.
• Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for providing accurate registration and identification details when required.
• Race Deliverables: BIBs, medals, certificates, and other event deliverables, where applicable, are subject to the selected race category, eligibility requirements, and official event guidelines.
• Event Communications: Participants may receive essential event-related communications, including venue updates, postponement notices, reporting instructions, and safety information.
• Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
